Stock items will be dispatched between 2 to 3 day after payment is received and will be delivered within 7 working days within the UK mainland and Europe.
All deliveries must be signed for and any damages notified to us within two days of receipt of delivery.
Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you.
We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods.
Items that we do not have in stock will be delivered within 10 to 15 days.
We do not give refund wedding dresses due to hygiene reasons if they have been worn unless the item is faulty which must be notified to us within two days of receipt of delivery.
Please note you do not have to have a Paypal account to use Paypal you can make payments via your debit or credit card.
